"We have stayed there many times and had a really good experience. We are return customers. But they ran out of plates and the staff in the breakfast area said a manager was going to get some. Eating a waffle out of a bowl does work! However, we were there the next day and there were still no plates. Either the manager is missing OR the store is really far away."

"Renovation still going on in the lobby but the rest of the property was beautiful. Laminate flooring in the rooms is fabulous. So easy to keep clean. Lots of well placed outlets. Both men I encountered at the desk were pleasant and helpful. Location great for visiting New River Gorge NP."

"The room was surprisingly outdated compared to the grounds and outside appearance of most of the buildings. We stayed in the Executive Suite buildings and found them to be dated and in disrepair in several areas. The coffee service in the rooms was equal to a lower end chain hotel, however the price was on that end too. Overall, I would rate it a good value for the money if the outdoor setting is more important to you than a luxury hotel room. The staff overall was very friendly, but, we had housekeeping bang on our door early in the morning while my husband was still in bed because they didn't know which suite had checked out already."
