"We enjoyed our stay immensely! We are frequent travelers to Providence to attend shows at the PPAC. This is our first time at this hotel, but it won’t be our last. We love the location, as well as the friendly, professional staff. The room was immaculate. The property was undergoing major renovations while we were there, but that was fine. We look forward to returning to the Hilton when it is fully renovated!"

"We self parked in a garage and the only problem was the distance back and forth- thats on us though. Everything was immaculate and the front desk staff were friendly and super helpful."

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"

"Breakfast was great. Wide variety to choose from. 24 hour coffee & hot water with tea offered in the lobby. Great location to walk to RISD and Brown University. Room was a good size with refrigerator and microwave."

"Convenient location and nice bed and bathroom. Only two issues were weird blue purifier lights in the hvac that made the room glow at night (I was offered sleep mask a a solution, but can’t wear) and there were sewer flies coming out of the sink."
