Very supportive staff, had a bad experience when a dude was on a call in the early morning. The staff came in and resolved this efficiently.

The location was perfect! Easy walk to so many places and had a lovely romantic euro feel to the area. Receptionists were kind, helpful and the process checking in and out was smooth. The lockers were a great touch with a late flight out. LOVE having the kitchenette AND a washer/dryer unit. Felt like a cute little studio APT. Would book again!

Our stay at the Four Seasons Montreal was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant, modern, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located for exploring Montreal's shopping, dining, and attractions. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful experience. Their attention to detail, willingness to help, and personalized service made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or anticipating our needs before we even asked, the level of hospitality was truly top-notch. It's easy to find a beautiful hotel, but it's much harder to find one where the people consistently elevate the experience. The staff at the Four Seasons Montreal did exactly that. We left feeling well cared for and would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.
