This home is a newly built farmhouse and is clean, comfortable, and has all of the amenities needed for you to enjoy the comforts of an HGTV style home. It's beautifully furnished with a real farmhouse feel. It is one level living and has a bright and open floorplan with great gathering spaces. For some fresh air you can relax on the patio with the dining set and gas grill. At night you can enjoy the ambiance of the party lights, gather around the firepit in the ample yard space or just kick back and relax in the hot tub.
In the home, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private full bathroom and a large amazing walk-in shower that will pamper you after a long hike or enjoying some of the breweries. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for two and a shared bathroom with a bonus room, which has another queen-sized bed and an additional bunk bed. The home has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people.
The location is great. It is approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store, and close to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping of South Asheville and Downtown.

Wonderful for pre-wedding

My bridal party and I stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding. It was such a a beautiful space that allowed us to relax and get ready for the big event. There was plenty of room to set up for makeup and hair as well as enjoy some after party drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

Great house that is very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a short stay with kids. Conveniently located to stores and attractions. Yard was slightly smaller than we thought from the photos, but that happens. Departure process also very reasonable and easy.

Perfect central location

Beautiful home, and comfortably fits 7-9 people! It was a short drive to Asheville, Hendersonville - pretty central to anything! We loved it and would recommend the anyone looking in the Asheville area.

Great home and location

This adorable house was perfect for our girls weekend! It was in a wonderful location. It was close enough to ashville that we could easily get there but far enough away we didn’t have the city noise! Would for sure go back again!

Weekend stay

My family and I enjoyed a weekend stay at this property while visiting the area to take our parents to the candlelight walk at the Biltmore. It was conveniently located and was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and decor was warm and welcoming. Would recommend for anyone staying in the Asheville area wanting a quiet stay.

Awesome WNC Getaway

Great location with easy rides to Asheville or Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to great restaurants and family entertainment. Home was clean and as pictured. Very comfortable for our family of 4 and could accommodate several more easily. If you’re looking to enjoy Asheville and the surrounding areas, this is an excellent spot.

After Christmas Trip Laurel Hill

We had a perfect stay at the Laurel Hill house!! It was extremely clean, spacious, and so close to Biltmore. There was everything you could possibly need to cook a meal, multiple reclining seats & extra blankets. It seemed like every need was anticipated. We had a truly wonderful experience & we will be happy to stay again!

Cutest House!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I rented this to have a meeting of my work team, and then I stayed at the house overnight. The property management team was easy to work with when I had questions. The house was spotless! I mean, it was like a model home. The kitchen had everything that I needed and then some. I will definitely rent it again.

Girls Trip

We rented this house for a weekend girls trip, and it was perfect for our stay. It seemed like it was further out of town but it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do, and we enjoyed the proximity to a couple of wineries as well. Beds were comfortable, the space was great.

Beautiful Property Outside of Asheville

A group of friends and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend for a friend’s bachelorette trip. The property was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the farmhouse style and decor. The location is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Clean and convenient

Stayed here for a few nights for our 10-year anniversary. Upon arrival, the house was not only super clean, but smelled clean too! Even though we didn't use the other bedrooms, it was a perfect size for small and larger groups. Kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. It was also very conveniently located, with short drives to downtown Asheville and Hendersonville. Enjoyed staying here very much!

Great retreat!

We had a girls hiking trip and really enjoyed this place. It was close to the airport and groceries, pretty central to different hikes around asheville. Clean, great decor, hot tub and comfortable beds. One tiny oversight is that we were short on toilet paper but i am sure if i reached out they would have been helpful, we just picked up our own. Thanks for a great stay!!

Gorgeous spot!

7 girls met in Asheville for a fun weekend. This home was perfect! Master bath is fabulous! Great open layout was perfect for us to visit. Sheets felt great and plenty of towels. Steamer in the laundry room was a huge hit! If you are in this area, this is a fabulous home.

Very clean. Nice property. We loved the hot tub. Outdoor space was great for family time. Loved the table which sat 8 with two more seats at bar. Beds slept great. We had a great time visiting Biltmore which was just 17 minutes away. We found some great local eateries. Will definitely be back for more family fun.

Beautiful property

This house was great! Fully stocked with everything we could need. The linens smelled really clean and everything was decorated nice. My only suggestion for the management company is to provide a couple extra trash bags for shorter reservations. We were there for a long weekend and didn’t think to bring extra trash bags and we could have used a few extra.

Ya Ya get away

Our get together with friends was great at this house. Plenty of room for all, nice quiet, private location, and close to Asheville. If we had questions or concerns we got an immediate response. The weather wasn’t so great but the fire pit and hot tub gave us a chance to be outside. Plenty of space for puzzling and game playing when we weren’t shopping, hiking, or exploring the Biltmore and gardens. We would certainly stay here again!!
