  • The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this lovely 65 m² air-conditioned chalet for rent in Saint Pierre la Mer, about 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

    The accommodation comprises
    - A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa
    - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
    - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (160×190)
    - Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (160×190)
    - Bathroom with shower and WC
    - Veranda with dining area

    For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

    - A beautiful 200 m² private garden, not overlooked, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

    The house is ideally located in Saint Pierre la Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all essential shops, as well as the beach, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (200 m)...

    If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 4 vehicles).

Une fantastique semaine pour nous dans ce chalet!L’emplacement est incroyable , tout se fait à pied, plage, restaurants, commerces, fête foraine, marché, tout en profitant du cocon d’un jardin plein d’intimité, de charme, et de plantes.Le soir, la fête foraine fait un peu de bruit l’été, mais les fenêtres double vitrage étouffent les bruits, et la Clim vous garde au frais!La maison est parfaitement équipée, rien ne nous a manqué, tant en équipement qu’en espace de rangement, vaisselle, produits ménagers etc si besoin.Pour ceux qui sont maniaques sur ce point, l’eau chaude arrive très vite et la douche a une bonne pression ;-)
