At 300 meters from the beach of Flic en Flac, one of the most beautiful in Mauritius, comfortable apartment of 50 M² having benefited from a complete renovation in early 2013.
1 air-conditioned bedroom (1 double bed / real latte, rare in Mauritius!) - Double living room / dining room air-conditioned - Fully equipped kitchen (oven / microwave, fridge / freezer, gas / electric hob, coffee maker, washing machine) - Shower room-separate toilet.

** WIFI prepaid on demand. Count around 12 Euros

The apartment, on the ground floor of a small building of 2 floors, has a terrace with outdoor shower for the return of beach and benefits from the proximity of the shops of the city center and the restaurants of seaside .

Parking in closed enclosure.

I draw your attention, that the neighbors are often very noisy by putting the music to the bottom. And the Mauritian authorities are unfortunately powerless about this nuisance.

Viel Platz in Strandnähe

Die Wohnung entspricht wirklich der Beschreibung, man tritt sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter "nicht auf die Füße". Aber es empfiehlt sich Oropax mit zu nehmen, am Wochenende kann es schon mal laut werden. In der Woche ist es wirklich ruhig. Paula und Clifford waren immer da, wenn es Probleme gab. Am Strand waren wir fast alleine, nur am Wochenende kamen die Insulaner an den Strand, aber es war immer noch nicht überfüllt. Man sollte sich unbedingt einen Leihwagen nehmen, es gibt wirklich viel zu sehen. Und für uns Frauen ganz wichtig..... Im Winners Cascavelle ( ca. 2 km) wird jeden Tag frisch gekocht, sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich :-), als take away sehr zu empfehlen. Bis auf die Musik am Wochenende war es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Preiswerte FeWo mit allem was man braucht

Die FeWo hat alles was man so braucht. Ein bequemes Bett (da wäre ein zweiter Nachttisch vielleicht ganz nett) eine große Dusche und auch in der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden. Wir haben die Terrasse sehr genossen und immer draußen gegessen, auch wenn sie auf dem Innenhof liegt. Für jeden, der ohne großen Komfort auskommt und für kleines Geld Mauritius genießen will, genau richtig. Was uns weniger gefallen hat war die Nachbarschaft. Im Nebenhaus wurde kräftig gefeiert, laute Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden und auch tagsüber. Wir wissen nicht ob das ein Ferienhaus ist und wir einfach Pech mit den Gästen hatten, oder ob es dauerhaft bewohnt ist. Für uns wars jedenfalls nicht so dolle. Erwähnenswert ist vielleicht noch, dass das Internet sehr langsam war. Alles in allem stimmt Preis-Leistung, und Mauritius ist sowieso immer wieder eine Reise wert!

Perfekt für Urlauber die unternehmungslustig sind und eine unkompliziert Unterkunft zum unschlagbaren Preis suchen Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht Und sollte es mal an etwas fehlen Gibt es ja noch die unglaublich sympathisch Paula Die jederzeit erreichbar ist und bei allen Problemen und Fragen behilflich ist. Wer ehr ein Swimmingpool auf der Terrasse möchte und drei Mahlzeiten zu geregelten Zeiten Der sollte nochmal weiter suchen Für uns war das die perfekte Unterkunft

L’appartement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Propre, fonctionnel, pratique, près de la plage.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement (un salon de jardin serait appréciable). Plage, restaurants, bars et supermarché a proximité (pratique). Voisinage calme et discret. Propriétaire joignable facilement et très disponible. Nous recommandons.

Location idéale pour un séjour où nous avons beaucoup voyagé.

Un pied à terre que nous étions heureux de retrouver le soir après de longue excursions. Logement sobre mais confortable, très bonne literie.Logement très appréciable après des journées de "vadrouille" et visite de l'ile . Logement situé à proximité des plages (10mn à pied) et à 20mn à pied d'un centre commercial, arrêt bus à 10 mn. Quartier tranquille et paisible en semaine, le week end la villa voisine est louée et les soirées sont parfois tardives et sonores. La clim est très appréciable! Nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Nice stay in Flic en Flac

Nice appartment. Everything you need is there. Hot shower, good bed with dark curtains, kitchen with all the appliances you need. Close to the beach (100m), private parking, safe neighborhood, close to supermarket (Spar) and lots of nice dinner spots. All walking distance.

Bon rapport qualité / prix pour cet appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel de Flic en Flac. Nous avons aimé : - Le prix peu élevé - De pouvoir nous déplacer à pied que ce soit pour aller à la plage ou pour aller faire des courses au supermarché - Une décoration sobre - Des équipements neufs (meubles, électroménager...) - Un logement sécurisé - Des personnes accueillantes à notre arrivée - Un emplacement pour garer la voiture - La pièce à vivre lumineuse et fraîche Nous n'avons pas aimé : - Un voisinage bruyant le samedi soir - Une salle de bain qui pourrait être améliorée (réglage de l'eau chaude difficile...) - La grille de la porte d'entrée, pas très pratique
