  • Relax and unwind in our 3 bedroom modern penthouse apartment in the Sugar Reef complex, fitted with a light, fully equipped contemporary kitchen, a private balcony overlooking the beautiful, crystal clear swimming pool and a big, private rooftop terrace with inspiring panoramic views of Mauritius. Only 2 to 3 minutes walk to the stunning beach of Flic en Flac & local amenities. Private covered car parking area with allocated parking available for penthouse guests.

    The modern apartment is located on the 4th floor accessed by stairs, including 3 air conditioned bedrooms (ideal for 2 couples or 4 people), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite and 1 family), a kitchen, living area, dining area and personal balcony.
    The apartment has free WIFI and internet, a TV & DVD player, and a free covered car parking space. The kitchen includes essentials: washing machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. An iron and ironing table and also a hairdryer are also included.

    The neighbourhood offers quiet, beautiful mountain views. Only two minutes walk to idyllic sandy beach and turquoise sea, shopping centre, bus stop, fuel pump station, medical centre, police station, post office, restaurants, bars and daytime snack stalls.
    Cascavelle shopping village is 5 min drive away - open 7 days a week til 19hr /21hr including tax free shopping, Lakaz Cascavelle nightclub, local and branded stores, go-karting, food court, children's playground, money changers, restaurants, banks, ATM, supermarket etc.

    Also 5 min drive are Casela Nature Park, Tamarina Golf and Spa, diving centres at main Flic en Flac hotels and private diving centres that offer sunset cruises, big game fishing, catamaran cruises, speedboats, dolphin watching trips, etc.
    Taxi can be picked up at Spar supermarket or Cascavelle Shopping Centre or any of the main Flic en Flac hotels.
    Car, motorcycle or bicycle rental kiosks are also closeby.

This was a very nice well kept apartment very close to the beach, shops and several very good restaurants. The communication with the hosts was very good, up until we arrived Sarah was quick to respond to any queries we had. In the island Kelvin is a very nice man, he was extremely polite and accommodating in our arrival as our plane was delayed, yet he was still there with a smile to greet us and helped us up with our luggage. The place was beautiful and clean and has everything you need for your stay. The roof top was a good touch, would love to have a BBQ up there in the summer. You would just need to be careful on the stairs up and down, (maybe a hand rail could be added). The only complaint I would have is the WiFi was not very strong. There was three of us and the TV yet I couldn't connect and the other two phones and the TV kept loosing signal. Other than this, this was the best place I have stayed in on the island. We have stayed in hotels and other apartments beforehand. Thank you Sarah and Kelvin.

Séjour idyllique

Kelvin est un hôte sympathique et très réactif. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal et très calme.Attention toutefois, dans l'annonce il est indiqué "ascenseur" et il n'y en a pas. L'appartement que nous occupions n'était pas non plus équipé d'un bain à remous, également indiqué dans l'annonce. Cela ne nous a pas manqué et nous retournerons volontiers séjourner chez Kelvin et Sarah.
