For shared use: property, garden. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ski school 1 km, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. preisleistungsverhältniss gut. Lage der Wohnung tip top. Unter dem Esstisch lag ein Kuhfellteppich. Nicht sehr hygienisch in einer Wohnung wo Hunde mitgenommen werden können. Unser Labrador hat auch einige Haare drauf hinterlassen. Ohne diesen Teppich wäre es perfekt gewesen.

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in einem echt wunderschönen Ort! Umgeben von Bergen und schönsten Natur. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch! Die Wohnung super sauber mit gemütlichen Betten wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden es noch mal buchen, vielleicht auch im Winter! ❄️⛷️ vielen Dank!

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Petite cuisine bien aménagée et très bien équipée. La literie est très confortable et il règne un calme très agréable pour se resourcer. L'arrêt de bus est juste en face de l'immeuble et en 5 minutes à peine vous êtes au pied des remontées mécaniques. Le magnifique Caumasee est tout proche. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

in der wohnung ist alles vorhanden, nur ein geschirrspüler fehlt. die möbel sind etwas in die jahre gekommen aber nach wie vor in gutem zustand. der skibus vor der haustüre ist super. schöne aussicht in die berge.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet und mit allem, was man benötigt ausgestattet. Der kleine Balkon hat am Nachmittag noch schön Sonne und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Alles war sehr sauber und check-in und -out war unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wir genossen die einfache, aber top ausgestattete Wohnung, den tollen Standort mit Busanschluss, Sonne auf der Terrasse und den überaus freundlichen Kontakt des Vermieters. Wir waren zu 5. was für ein längeres Wochenende mit dem Zweck, nahe dem Skigebiet zu sein, absolut perfekt war, für einen längeren, gemütlichen Aufenthalt aber wohl eher nicht geeignet ist.
