Single garage at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Flims Dorf" 1 km. Skisport facilities 1 km, ski school 1 km, ice rink 3 km. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht, Aussichtsplattform Il Spir. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderw. Schneeschuhwandern+Winterwanderwege, Sommer Wanderwege (flimslaax.com). Please note: The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Parquet floors, natural stone floors. Large patio. Terrace furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage at the house. Please note: non-smoking house.
