"We absolutely loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed, good location for a few drinks on a night and not far from the fort walk. The pool was a nice bonus after a hot morning. The breakfast was brilliant. You choose the night before and Deborah brings it up to your room at the time you request. Deborah is also really helpful. She told us about a steak offer that was on in one of the pubs and where to go and not to go for food. She also told us about the Lorikeet feeding next door which we loved. When we come back to Magnetic Island I would 100% stay here again."

"Loved our stay at this glorious place. If you don’t mind walking in via beach at low tide or rough bush track it’s perfect. Quietly tucked away at end of beach for quite relaxing holiday with easy access to walking tracks and 5 min walk back to horseshoe bay. Very well appointed, loads of living area for 10 people, comfortable bedrooms all with ensuites. Only negative comment would be - personally like to have curtains/blinds on bedroom windows as like a dark room for sleeping. Would definitely return, and time it right with the tides for ease of access for initial unpacking of luggage etc. as bush track is not suitable. "

"Property clean and comfortable. Good size rooms.This is not a criticism but advice to future travellers. I am 78 and I was unable to get into the pool as there are no rails to assist. The family reported it was really nice. If you have a car larger than an xtrail it will be difficult as the driveway is quite narrow. The ac in the main bedroom does not work properly and takes forever to cool the room. Also be aware that the shower ( great pressure by the way) is over the spar bath, quite an exercise getting in and out. There is a hand rail to assist for which I was grateful . We were happy with the house and will consider having another holiday there next year. "
