The staff is extremely incredible, attentive, gentle and the customer is a priority for them. The manager is super attentive. Breakfast is very good. The hotel is super nice, clean, and cozy. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful. I highly recommend it.

The location is very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and the rooms were nice. However, it gets pretty loud at night and kept waking up at middle of the night to people shouting outside. There was also one day when our room was half made - no toiletries and the tissue holder was left on the bidet. Was expecting better service for the price paid and since this was a VIP property for Expedia members.

The location is absolutely great and the facility is top notch. I only got to stay one night and had to leave early so I couldn't try the breakfast service but they did prepare items for me to wake up to so that I could make my early departure. I really appreciate the staff so much to ensure I maximized my buck's bang for the stay. One caveat is that there is a big window abutting the shower. It might be nice to shower with a view of the city, but those windows are not 1-way! Make sure you lower the shades!

At the moment I cross the street for the train station , I got stolen less than 20 min,a lots of foreigners ,very scary place

The hotel is conveniently located next to the station. With cobblestone and people everywhere, it’s a perfect location if you don’t want to walk around with the suitcases, and that’s what we did coming from Venice on the train. Besides the location, the hotel is very nice, upgraded, clean, and the reception is welcoming. It’s 8min to Duomo, 5 min to the Central Market, less than 15 from Uffizi. All super close and I would highly recommend it.

This property was great. Strange entrance but the rooms are awesome. Tall ceilings, bathtub and great AC. Would def stay here again for the price.

My only regret with this property is only booking one night! I wish I could have had a longer stay I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence. Directly across Santa Maria station making it extremely convenient as well as clean and spacious. To top it all of the staff was kind and helpful. I will be back the next time I am visiting Florence!

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, modern and clean on the inside. Delightful staff. We were warmly welcomed, walked to our room and shown how everything worked. You can’t get a more central location - next to the train station and only 15 mins or less by to the market, Duomo, Pzza d. Signorina, Uffizi, etc. An excellent find!

Room was clean and very close to the train station. It is above the mcdonalds and has big windows facing the street and train station so it is a little noisy which wasn’t a problem for us though. Loved that we were able to check in early and walk everywhere. We had a nice stay.

Perfect location. Walking distance from all the main attractions and across the street from the station, but it does tend to get loud in the evenings. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Building was very safe. Viola was very friendly and help with smooth check-in.

I like the convenient location. Close to train station. Overall it was a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk is sometimes empty and you have to wait for someone to talk to.

Family with kids. Area close to FSM station. Very limited but sufficient breakfast. Having kitchen with microwave and fridge helped alot. They filled our fridge with soft drinks and water since we are Expedia gold member. Our host, Angela was super nice and so thorough with all the details and answered any/all questions we had. Tip: it's next to McDonald's. I would definitely suggest them to make the name sign bigger or email the directions to spot it easily.

This hotel is wonderful if you’re a deep sleeper. My boyfriend slept throughout the night.. i did not sleep even with noise cancelling headphones. We heard everything outside it was very very close to the train station. Other than that staff was friendly it was modern & clean, working ac, online pictures are what you get!

Absolutely a great hotel! Looks can be deceiving once you go through those huge wooden doors, but the hotel was superb. We had a suite and it was wonderful - huge, clean, upscale, trendy. We loved it! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's right across from the train station and in the center of it all. The great thing is we couldn't hear all of the city life downstairs. It was a wonderful start to our Italian adventure, and would definitely recommend staying here. If we ever come back to Florence, we are definitely booking here!

My room was like a little apartment minus a stove and sink. The room was clean and the staff was great. The only issue was the weekend noise outside the window...but it was not to surprising, because the train station is directly across the street...ear plugs help some.
