The place is very central and we had a flexible check-in. It helped a lot with our late arrival. It is quite and very clean. We used it for your city tour in Florence and having the center in walkable distance was great.

The property was easy to find if you know what to look for. They communicated well. We had a problem with the shower getting water all over the floor which evidently was a known issue that the owner was going to deal with. So we had to minimize showers which isn’t fun. It was a quiet location away from the crazy of city center. The lady that cleaned and served breakfast was the highlight. She was wonderful and did her best to communicate with me even thought she can’t speak to much English. We do wish the breakfast was a bit more but it was ok.

Very lovely stay and beautiful team, the room was always comfortable and clean. Breakfast was always on time & served with a smile. There was a lot of construction out the side of the property which may be good to note for future visitors as we got a little lost at check in! Would stay again!

Cleaning lady Arena was excellent. But the management/owner was very rude. But the room was very good.

they are rude and do not respect the rules of behavior. even if they are anonymous, we know very well who these customers are, who have sneaked into premises without any authorization where it is strictly forbidden to enter and rummage through things that do not belong to them.we never want such people in our hotel againand we reserve the right to file a complaint with the competent authorities.

Great view, great room, and great value!
I was in the Terrace room and the view is beautiful. The location is just outside the center within a residential neighborhood. The service at the hotel was exceptional. And my room was very quiet and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. I was there in early February and was still able to enjoy the terrace. These rooms are on the top floor of a residential building, which I loved since it gives you the flavor of living in Florence. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the rainfall shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing B&B, really friendly staff, excellent clean room with a free bottle of wine too! We had the suite with the terrace and it was an absolutely beautiful view. Everything was so clean too! The breakfast was amazing and always perfectly on time when we had the room cleaned it was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again, 100% worth the money!

Elegantly appointed. Attention to every detail. A sumptous, beautiful bed, rainfall shower. A beautiful, delicious breakfast brought to the room. Massimo is thoughtful, considerate. I wish that there were more nights available -we return to Florence next Sat. Absolutely loved it!!

Such a great place to stay.
This place was so comfortable, we were really glad we stayed here. It is about a 10 /15 minute walk to the centre which we didn’t mind. But it is in a quiet area, so ideal after a long day in the busy centre.

La propiedad está excelente, las personas que otorgan el servicio son amables. Lo único malo fue que estaban en obra en el exterior y resultó un poco complicado transitar con la maleta.

Jeg havde et godt ophold. Jeg rejste alene og følte mig meget tryg. Dog havde jeg lidt problemer ved indcheckning, da bygningen er meget dårligt skiltet udefra, den er nem at misse og personalet talte ikke et ord engelsk, så det var list bøvlet. Ellers var alt fint, personalet var venlige, renligheden var i top og morgenmaden var god. Beliggenheden kunne godt være lidt bedre.

Spacious and comfortable room near city center
Everything was simply perfect! Staff was very nice, kind and helpful. Room&bathroom: spacious and clean, with balcony. Breakfast delicious, on order one day in advance. Location approx. 15 minutes by walk to city center/Santa Maria cathedral, parking on the street (08:00-20:00 working days 1,5 Euro per hour).

Great service and comfortable place
Really nice stay at this B&B, rooms are renovated and very comfortable. Breakfast is also a really nice treat! Staff is very nice and very good and efficient service. They were very quick in replying a number of different things. A downside is the lack of a person staying there all the time, but as I mentioned they were very thoughtful in all my questions and requests. Location is ok, a bit far from the city center but still walking distance.

The location is great if you need to park a car. It’s around 15 min walk to the city center. The room with the rooftop terrace is awesome! Personal space and a big terrace. Breakfast is ok for a bed and breakfast, it’s an order menu, but that’s fine for a small bnb like this one

Great stay
Great stay! It is just a little far away from the heart if the town. Almost 15minutes away. But it is worth it! The hosts are very helpful as well.
