Very happy with this hotel for our one-night stay in Florence. The helpful lady at reception kindly pre-ordered us a taxi for our early morning departure. Bed was comfortable and there were a good number of choices for breakfast, including a variety of fresh warm croissants.

Economy room, top rate service

Our room was an economy room, which was very small. Advertised as 25 m², I would guess more like 11 m². However, we were not in Florence to sit in our room so it didn’t matter. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location for walking to major sites and still not feeling the crush of the tourists! Money well spent.

We loved our stay! Reception staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the room was so clean & cozy. Although we saw guests at breakfast, we never heard anyone…very quiet. Location was just perfectly walkable to everything and very safe.
