Florence Hotel Guide - Hotels with Pool in Florence, Arizona

"The elevator closest to our room was broken. That is not really anyones fault but the room we were given was as far away as possible from the second elevator. It took us a long time to get in and out of the room each time. The desk clerk was apologetic but it just took up a bunch of our time as it is a quite large hotel. We are in our 70's which makes it even harder. Old folks should get the more convenient rooms. "

"We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all."
