We were on the third floor and our room smelled like years and years of cigarette smoke mixed with an old a/c unit. The front desk was helpful but overall I would never come back. No one emailed me a receipt which I asked for. The rooms odor traveled home with us and I had to wash every single item including the clothes that was stored in my suitcase.

The room smelled like tobacco even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. The manager was rude and difficult to deal with and made it seem like it was our fault for their shoddy workmanship. Breakfast staff was also unpleasant and met with a grunt when given a compliment. Saving grace was the gentleman who cleaned up the water mess in the bathroom. He was kind and tried his best to patch things up.

I shower curtain was broken so when I took a shower, it made a huge puddle on the floor. The refrigerator still had food in it from someone else. The remote had no back on it.

We arrived and saw a large pile of what looked like trash outside the hotel. It turned out to be the belongings of a family who had experienced a house fire. I'm not sure of the circumstances, but for whatever reason, the family was leaving the hotel and arguing with the worker very loudly so we had to wait to check in. I am sympathetic to the family, because I'm sure they were stressed under the circumstances. We proceeded to check in, thinking that would be the only issue. The hallway to our room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, despite it being a non-smoking area. The door knob on the room next to ours appeared to be broken. We got into the room and the smell was not as bad inside. We tried to stick it out and stay there. Our family traveling with us was in the adjoining room. We noticed right away that even though we both booked the same type of room, the rooms were different. Their room was missing a microwave, hair dryer, and coffee pot. The refrigerators were different colors and sizes. The phone was missing half of the buttons in our room. Both rooms were older, but appeared to be clean at first. When we took our showers that night, the bathtub squeaked the whole time and sounded like it was going to break every time I moved. We went to bed & decided to try to find another hotel the next morning. However, in the middle of the night, we awoke to find bed bugs all over one of the beds and roaches crawling on the wall. We left with a full refund at 2am!!

It has cockroaches and bedbugs everywhere, also in the beds. They stung me all over my body.
