The room is actually a hostel type of room. It was full of mosquitoes and were all bit up. There were no fans available so we had to leave the window open a little or we would have roasted in the room. Also the double bed had one side sunken in. The tv was a size of a small computer monitor and the stairs to climb up to the room had the railing super wobbly. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Location was great as it was very close to the train station and close to many of the main sites. Very good service and very easy check-in. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Florence.

Perfect spot
Very easy check in and stay- quiet and just perfect for our needs. No front desk- but easy and seamless meet for keys upon our arrival. Friendly and helpful! Great restaurants just a few doors away too!!!

Great location 10min walk from train station walk down via Nazionale. Turn left on Guelfa. And it’s on your left. Very easy. Nice size room for 4. Private bathroom down hall. Was very clean.

Comfy, clean and quiet
Peaceful place as on a village. Just a few minutes walk from the train station. Spacious rooms. All clean. Kettle and coffee in the room. There was also a shared fridge and microwave. Nice bakery 24/7 at the corner and nice restaurants at the market square in 5 min walk. Mattress was soft and relaxing. We had windows facing the courtyard so it was perfectly quiet and we kept windows open (though we heard a couple of mosquitos in the morning). What is probably worth to mention is that there is no elevator but wasn't a big issue for us.

I am an old age we need the bathroom close. wished the private bathroom was in the room!! We had to go outside the room and walk half the aisle! Very clean. The service was fantastic. Close to everything. Storage. You can leave your luggage until is time for you to go!!

It was very close to the train station and a short walk to tourist attractions. The beds were comfortable and the spaces were very clean. The staff was very friendly.

An apartment close to the train station
The location of the apartment is good, close to the train station. It does not have air conditioner. The room we had is close to the street. It is noisy and hot. The fan did not help too much. The private bathroom is not accessible from the room. You need to walk out the hall to use it. The staff is nice but the apartment is a little bit uncomfortable in the hot summer.

Stay connected with great wifi
Very easy to locate the hotel, only about ten minutes walk from the train station. Room is spacious and everything works well. Quiet neighbourhood. Great wifi connection!

Convenient location
Location was good - took around 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Also, major tourist attractions like Duomo and Academia Museum were nearby so you can just walk to get there. Many restaurants and pubs were along the street as well as a big food court that had a variety of selections. Room was clean and had a private bathroom with shower.

Decent Stay
My stay was decent. The pros were the cleanliness of the rooms, the lovely cafe on the corner and proximity to downtown area. The cons were the tiny space with a lack of air conditioning in the unit and the inability to have the windows open due to mosquitos.

Good location
The hotel was in a good location. Although I wouldn't call it a hotel considering it's only the third floor of a building with what looked like a couple rooms. It was more of an apartment feel to it. The staff was nice though. There is also no lift. We stayed for 2 nights so it was perfect for our stay. Everything is within walking distance.

It was fine. Very self service, no one around for check in, info etc. Not great value compared to other places nearby but was fine for a late booking. Had everything you needed, not quite as nice as it looks in the pictures.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Vicino alla stazione, a due passi da S.Lorenzo, dal centro... pue essendo in un quartiere vivace...camera tranquilla e silenziosa. Soggiorno Venere si trova in posizione strategica per chi arriva in treno a Firenze. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva ovunque. L'alloggio e il bagno sono puliti, i gestori disponibili. Direi ottima sistemazione.

Soggiorno Venere è un bnb assolutamente da consigliare. in pieno centro, le stanze sono pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort, anche se non grandissime. Ma soprattutto Najat è un host assolutamente gentile e premurosa.

La mia ragazza ed io abbiamo pernottato quattro notti ad agosto in questa struttura, situata in via Guelfa, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e dal centro. Le stanze si trovano al secondo piano di un edificio un po' datato ma ben tenuto. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e con aria condizionata. Il bagno era piccolo, senza bidet ma dotato di box doccia e molto pulito. In camera era presente un bollitore elettrico per preparare thè e caffè. La proprietaria è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima, anche al telefono al momento della prenotazione. Ci ha inoltre consigliato luoghi da visitare e ristoranti ad un prezzo accessibile. Se visiteremo nuovamente Firenze, saremo contenti di tornare in questa struttura!
