I stayed for a couple of nights while in Philly. I loved it for the proximity to my favorite place in Philly, Rittenhouse Square. The staff was great, the property was so clean, and we were able to cruise the square in the evening, looking for places to eat. There were so many to choose from. The only challenge was getting my car up from the valet; like most city hotels, that takes about 15 minutes to get your car.
