It was horribly dirty all the cabinets were broken and holes from screws being removed it smelled like mold the bed clothes were dirty the soap was Tiny the parking was two blocks away the weight at the front desk was ridiculously long all night long and they had the nerve to charge us for water when their place was absolutely disgusting and look nothing like the internet. The picture they submitted was photoshopped especially the red Dot over the bed and they don't show how disgusting and filthy the bathroom was the Taps barely gave any water and it hardly drained. I love Brazil but this was the worst experience of my life in a hotel. Avoid this at all costs. They were many many people in the line yelling when we arrived and now I know why

Terceira ou quarta vez que me hospedo neste hotel. Ele esta passando por reformas, o que esta deixando a estrutura mais atualizada. Espero que deem atenção aos quartos e banheiros também, pois precisam de atenção e atualização. Funcionários solícitos e simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Very disappointing
Not recommended. Flee from this place. Not good value for money. Only off-site parking, sketchy as we arrived to get the car and it was outside in the street. Smelly room, room was not ready when we arrived. No soap or towels when we arrived. Used razor in bathroom. Bed was small, uneven and with bedsheets smaller than the bed. Bad elevator, had to use stairs a lot. Good location though, and reasonable breakfast and staff seemed to try their best.

Atendimento otimo. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Fiquei hospedado por 5 dias e os corredores não foram limpos nenhuma vez (estavam muito sujos). A limpeza do quarto era feita na base da vassoura apenas. Hotel de passagem apenas. Funcionários muito simpáticos.

all and all the place was great for the price. They say they have someone there that speaks English. That was not the case but we easily used a translator and had no problems

Bom se não precisar de internet no quarto.
Pontos positivos: localização boa para negócios, atendimento da equipe muito bom e quartos estão renovados. Pontos negativos: café da manhã muito cheio e com filas, a noite o chuveiro pouco esquentou, apenas quebrou o gelo da água, na parte da manhã esquentou normalmente, e o pior de tudo a internet, sinal fraco e muito lenta, não consegui fazer uma vídeo conferência, tive que usar a internet do celular.

Agradável surpresa.
Chegamos o hotel estava lotado, mesmo assim o atendimento do rapaz da noite foi excelente, nossa reserva ainda não aparecia, ele procurou com bastante atenção, passei o código de reserva e foi encontrada. Apesar de cheio me surpreendeu quarto limpo, atendimento excelente, silencioso, ao redor do hotel a noite super tranquilo e café da manhã ótimo. Vale o custo benefício.

O quarto em si era bom mas estava sem telefone funcionando para se comunicar com a recepção, não consegui usar a academia,e nem a piscina do hotel, pois tem horário reduzido só pode usar das 8 as20 fora q eu tive q levar minha bagagem para o quarto e não ter estacionamento próprio do hotel q dizia q tinha no anúncio, e o quarto comportaria mais uma cama tranquilamente se fosse para levar mais pessoas no caso meus filhos pois sou separada e quase não fui pois o pai das crianças não iria ficar com elas mas deu tudo certo nas fotos do anúncio o quarto era totalmente diferente do q presenciei lá ,e acho q poderia melhorar mais o café da manhã era bom até só os bolos q erm um pouco secos !!

Precisando de melhorias.
Atendentes todos excelentes, alguns quartos ainda com ar de gaveta quadrado que não gelava. Internet muito fraca e oscilando toda hora!! No café da manhã tem poucos funcionários, ficam varias mesas sujas e o pessoal esperando pra tomar café. Hotel não tem estacionamento próprio,o que te obriga pagar 30,00 a diária pois na porta do hotel não tem como colocar. Falta controle de hospedes com pulseiras...entra quem quiser e sai, e ninguém é interrogado. Outro ponto que muitos comentaram negativamente é o fato de deixar o cartão chave do apto na recepção quando for sair, pois qq um que chegar e pedir o cartão do apto "x" o pessoal vai te entregar, ficando muito a desejar a parte de segurança do Hotel . Fora esses detalhes, o hotel é excelente, tudo o que disse foi baseado em comentarios entre os hóspedes.
