"had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, and being a new hotel makes everything feel modern and well maintained. The room was super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The food was good (7/10), and the drinks were excellent (10/10). The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as the room was cleaned only once during my 4-day stay. More consistent daily service would have made the experience even better. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back. "

"Our family of six stayed at Smart Brickell Hotel before heading out on a cruise, and it was a great fit for us. The space worked really well for a family our size, which made the stay comfortable and easy. It is not overly fancy or remarkable, but it was clean, pleasant, had a nice view, and was conveniently located for getting to the cruise ports. Overall, it was a solid choice for our pre cruise stay."
