"Had a great stay, our second tone at this property. If have kids that want to play on the beach this Ain't the place. Water access is with stairs and during low tide its not very deep. For me and my wife just looking to relax, it was awesome"

"Such a beautiful property, but our room was tired, dark and need some updating! Ours had stained carpeting and felt very damp, like it hadn't been overhauled since the 80's. Everything was clean. Lots to do - great activities (fishing equipment/bait, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.), security, views, etc. Staff was friendly. Main areas and restaurants well maintained, as well as beaches. "

"My family has been going to Lime Tree Bay for about 40 years. It's where I got married in 2005. We had a nice stay there as always. Everyone was friendly, great amenities."

"Would stay at Isla Bella again. Beautiful beach and pool areas and overall property very nice. Loved the balconies facing the water. Water bottles during check in with water refill stations all over the property was a nice touch. Plenty of activities to do with 9 and 13 year old: volleyball, putting green, manatees near the dock, lawn games. Overall a lot of kids and families, but not chaotic. Could get pool/beach chairs anytime of day. Staff friendly. In rooms - beds/linens not as comfortable and bathroom toiletries not as nice as expected. Overall liked central location in Marathon. A lot to do and plenty of good places to eat. Wish the marketplace had more grocery / snack options."

"Arrived to what looked like something out of a horror movie - almost abandoned building! When we went to the office to check in, no one was there but there was McDonalds food all over the desk and a loud, offensive podcast playing from a phone repeatedly using the F word and N word. Finally a young woman arrived and didn’t apologize or do anything to stop it from playing. She quickly gave us our keys and I asked about the laundry facilities since that was a primary reason for booking. She looked confused but told me there were washers outside under the deck. I asked if they sold soap and she didn’t know! Went to check them out, they were dirty and musty…vending machine wouldn’t work to sell my soap so we said screw it and went to a coin-op laundry down the road. Inside was ok, but coffee machine was broken, we had small roaches in the kitchen at night and moved all our food into the fridge…and to top it all off, the shower didn’t have any hot water. We won’t be back."

"The water pressure is non existent. Had to use the wand to wash. LED bulbs burned out. The cleaning staff cleaned room 3 times in the 7 days! "
