A disaster. Not advisable.
We were not offered the room we booked, but an inferior room without a balcony. We were tired and did not want to argue about so we had no choice but to accept it. The service was terrible, the hotel has just been purchasedby an Indian couple and it is in a really disastrous state. The matress was so bad that we could hardly get any sleep. My wife who is Asia, purchased an “Asian”meal upon arrival. Another catastrophy. The smell of Indian food is penetrating everywhere in the hotel, probably due to the fact that the kitchen door remains open. The location was great and we were planning to extend our stay, we were even offered a discounted price in case we wanted to extend our stay, but we had to abandon the idea, limiting our stay to the original booking and had to run away.
