First impression on arrival was "disappointing". The exterior of the hotel is dull and scruffy, not what was expected. There's a reason they don't show the exterior on their website. Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed.
