Upupa Apartment

The Upupa Apartment (75 sqm) is located on the ground floor and consists of a living/dining area with a kitchen, a dining table, and a double sofa bed. It also features a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a second bathroom with a shower.

Outside, beneath the shade of a lush mulberry tree, there is a private table and barbecue for the apartment. The apartment has direct access to the garden and is about 150 metres from the swimming pool. It is situated within the farmhouse, surrounded by the estate’s vineyards and fields.

The Agriturismo
Housed in an ancient farmhouse, our agriturismo is the perfect place to unwind and explore the beauty of Tuscany. Surrounded by our vineyards, olive groves, and fields where we cultivate ancient grains and truffles, it offers the perfect landscape for your Tuscan holiday. Ideally located, it allows for day trips to some of the most sought-after destinations in Tuscany.

Wildlife Reserve
Thanks to the protected status of the reserve, encounters with hares, roe deer, pheasants, and rarer birds such as woodpeckers, hoopoes, and various birds of prey are common. The farm is also home to nocturnal animals that are more difficult to spot, such as foxes, badgers, and porcupines.

Art, History, and Nature
Located just a few kilometres from Tuscany’s most important art cities, including Arezzo, Florence, Siena, and Cortona, our agriturismo is also halfway between Chianti, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. It is close to nature parks and scenic routes for cycling and walking enthusiasts, and just minutes from the stunning thermal baths of Rapolano. We offer the perfect base for exploring, tasting, and fully enjoying your holiday in Tuscany.

A different side of Tuscany. This peaceful lake, surrounded by wild woods, is ideal for a "nature bath" or a picnic. Just a few kilometers from our winery and nestled within the 800-year-old Calcione Castle forest reserve, the 5-km-long lake is often deserted.
Your adventure starts with a short walk from the parking area to the kayaks. You can also request a picnic or arrange lunch or dinner at our farm afterward.
