Interessante Anlage mit Schönheitsfehlern

Die Anlage zur Alleinbenutzung ist sehr vielseitig. Der Garten (2000 m² statt 10 000 m² wie angegeben) ist groß , der Pool ständig top gepflegt. Sonnenschirme und Liegen sind knapp. Die Erdgeschoßwohnung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Kamin stinkt und es gibt kaum Stauraum, da alle Schränke im ganzen Haus pickepacke voll sind. Die Wohnung im OG ist hell und schön, die Bäder absolut okay. Der Küchenboden ist schräg wie auf einem Schiff. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden mit Kindern 4-14 Jahre dort, tolles großes Haus mit voller Ausstattung und auch Küche war voll ausgestattet, 2 Waschmaschinen mit wäscheständer und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine uvm. Pool wurde alle 2 Tage saubergemacht, ganz liebe/nette italienische Besitzer, zur Schlüsselübergabe war deutschsprachige Frau da. Ansonsten war alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Grundstück ist nicht komplett eingezäunt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten und Pool. Riesig Platz. Würde Wein und Biergläser mitbringen Schlüsselübergabe mit Beatrix Kuhnt lief hervorragend. Das war beeindruckend

Die Eigentümer und die deutsch...

Die Eigentümer und die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist groß, in gutem Zustand, mit mehreren Bädern und Schlafräumen und die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand, der Pool ist top gepflegt und sehr schön. Der Grill/Pizzaofen ist ein Highlight. Die Lage des Hauses ist etwas außerhalb des Ortes Foiana della Chiana, daher sehr ruhig, umgeben von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen mit einem tollen Ausblick. Reisetipps: CortonaMontepulcianoSienaFlorenzSan GimignanoArezzoWobei die Gegend als solche sehr schön ist zum Wandern oder Radfahren. Das Val di Chiana ist jetzt im Herbst sehr schön.
