Good layout and location

We had a mix of adults staying and the layout offered a lot of privacy. Walking distance to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The place was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Best Place to stay in Folly Beach

Ron's house is wonderful - so spacious, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. We had a wonderful week long stay while celebrating our daughter's wedding. Jessica who manages the property was so responsive and accommodating. This is truly a gem!

Perfect location and great house!

We’ve been to Folly many times over the last 20 years and this house was definitely a winner for our family. Great location—right across the street from beach access and walkable to town. House was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful House, Great Location!

Wonderful, clean house! Across the street from the beach, an easy walk or quick drive to the restaurants and shops on Center Street, supermarket is about 10 minutes away and about a half hour to Charleston. Our family had a great week! Highly recommended!

Perfect Folly Vacation spot

Stayed here with a group of 9 women for a bachelorette party. The house was perfectly sized for our group, clean and had a great layout. The location was amazing, right across the street from the beach and a short walk from the downtown area. Jessica the house manager was also very kind and communicative. Would definitely book again!!!

Beach weekend

We had a stay-cation with some friends and their teenagers. This is a perfect beach house. Spacious bedrooms, open and comfortable living space, large yard, easy access to beach. The owners are laid back and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and would rent this property again.

My 60th birthday gift from my wife. Me and 6 of my friends from NJ stayed for a few days. Block from the beach. Walk to town. Plenty of space and clean. Loved it!

Hope to stay again!

My group traveled to the Charleston area to stay 3 nights before leaving on a cruise. This house was perfect for us and just as described. The location was amazing!! So close to the beach & shops, we pretty much walked everywhere. The home was well stocked and the owners were great to work with. They communicated very well and wanted to make sure the home was to our liking. I hope to get back to the area someday and will definitely stay here again if it's available!!

Great Location

We have stayed here before for our annual trip to Folly for March Madness and find the location convenient to walking to all the local eateries and bars. Owner is very responsive to needs. We lost partial power for a couple hours(no fault of the owner), the owner contacted the power company on a Saturday night and they were there to remedy the situation in a couple of hours.

Great house in a great location

This house is in a great location, it is less than a half mile from town and right across the street from the beach! The house was very clean, and had plenty of bath and beach towels! Jessica was the manager and was in contact with us often and very quick with responses! We appreciated her fast responses! The kitchen had what we needed. We would stay here again!

Very positive experience

We have stayed at this property in the past. Several older adults(family, siblings and spouses.) We have always had an enjoyable stay. Communication with property owners great! House very well kept up. Great location just off the beach at Folly and close to town center. Highly recommend.
