One of the most beautiful getaways! It feels like your view is surreal. Loved the decor and furnishings. The entire family rated it a 10/10! We had a blast and cannot wait to return!

Folly weekend!

We had the absolute best time staying here! The house comes with almost everything you could need anywhere from appliances to towels and check out couldn’t have been easier. You can’t beat the location or the view either! We will definitely be back!!

Folly Beach Week

We absolutely LOVED this house! We typically stay on the beach but took a chance on staying on the marsh side this week, it did not disappoint. So quiet and still accessible to the beach right around the corner. We loved the pool too. We will be back!

We had an absolute blast! The house was way more amazing in person than pictures and the pictures were beautiful! He owner and concierge were super responsive and friendly! We don’t typically revisit vacation homes as we like new experience but we wills definitely be back here!!!

Deep Water Days

We picked the Folly Beach VRBO for the beach access, fishing guide availability, and short drive to Charleston. The house worked out great for eight adults and five grandchildren. The house was well stocked and the pool was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The sunset view was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Spectacular property

This is a a fantastic house and property. We were a group of 9 friends and we all really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and the setting can’t be beat. Only issue was w/ the hot tub…it never really got hot. Its temperature was often luke warm at best. Otherwise, highly recommend for a group stay.

Perfection

This house is absolutely beautiful, well-appointed and spotless. If you can do without beachfront and like an intercoastal waterway feel (with a great dock and incredible views), this house has has everything a family or two need for a great vacation. The beach is a super convenient five minute walk. We prefered to fish the dock and tend our crab traps.

Amazing location!

You couldn’t choose a nicer home for your vacation! The location on Folly is fantastic. You have deep water with a dock to moor your boat with a spectacular view! You are a few minute walk to beach access if that’s what you’re looking for as well. Comfortable beds, great baths, incredible views, fully equipped kitchen, multiple dining and seating areas, and views from all. Spend hours by the pool or spa watching dolphins or boats with skiers, kayakers, etc passing by. Rental company is very responsive to your needs or inquiries. Enjoy!

Luxury at it's finest

This house was one of the best houses we have rented. It is simple breathtaking, and the views are just as good. The pictures don't do it justice. We did have an issue one night where the fire alarms kept going off all night, which caused many of us to not sleep. It was a big inconvenience, but it was fixed promptly and there were no more issues. The neighbor's dog does bark every time they let it outside, even late at night. It seemed to be almost hourly they let it out. It would only last for a few minutes each time. Even with these minor issues we still give this property 5 stars as it was that amazing. I would def stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Still Daydreaming about Deep Water Days

Set in the most idyllic, secluded spot on the river with a view of small boats passing by, flocks of birds overhead, green marsh grass swaying in the distance, this house is something straight out of a lowcountry living magazine. We vacationed with extended family ages 3 to 65 and everyone was happy. The kitchen is well stocked and the huge dining table a great spot for meals and games together. So many places gather for coffee talk or a cocktail. The main room is large and comfortable with plenty of seating. There is a beautiful botanical sunroom, an outdoor screened in patio, and lots of comfortable outdoor seating/lounging furniture around the pool area. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated in a soft modern style. We rented a 6 person golf cart and got to the beach in no time. It was nice to retreat to the bay side at the end of the sun-baked days and plunge in the cool water of the pool, lightly shaded by beautiful trees. Dreaming of going back again!

Family Reunion

We could not have been happier with the house and its amenities. The management company was so responsive and dedicated to our happiness. 14 people including kids and all went beautifully. The dock access was a godsend since we were able to use our nephews boat. The kids lived in the pool and hot tub.
