Originally built in 1926 as a quaint fishing cottage, this home was artfully expanded into a sprawling, unique sanctuary perfect for creating lasting family memories. Whether you're here for the surf, the sun, or the local seafood, this home is designed for families who want space to breathe and room to gather. Located just two short blocks from the beach!

The heart of the home is an expansive open-concept living area designed for togetherness. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a massive dining area featuring a table that seats up to 10, perfect for family dinners or late-night board games. The home offers a flexible, spacious layout with three bedrooms on the main level and a cozy loft upstairs with a queen-size bed. For those seeking a bit of extra peace, the "Cottage" bedroom serves as a private retreat, complete with its own screened-in porch and separate entrance.

The large private corner lot is anchored by a majestic, ancient Live Oak tree that provides plenty of shade for the spacious back deck. After a long day in the waves, you can rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower before relaxing on the deck with a cold drink. Inside, modern conveniences are at your fingertips, with a full-size washer and dryer and flat-screen Smart TVs with cable and streaming apps in every room.

The location is truly unbeatable for those who want to explore Folly Beach on foot. You are only seven blocks away from the vibrant shops, bars, and restaurants of Center Street, and a quick four-block walk from the legendary Bert's Market (our 24-hour local grocery), where the coffee is always free.

Contactless Check-In: This home offers a KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
There is room for 3 cars in the driveway.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach NOISE ORDINANCE is from 10 pm to 8 am.
Pets are considered at this house; all pets must be approved at the time of booking. Upon approval, there is a $150 (plus tax) per pet non-refundable pet fee that is due before you arrive. If not already on your reservation, it will be added. Once this is done and the fee paid, you will be all set to bring your pet with you (2 pet max, no more than 60 lbs., no puppies under 1 year old, no cats). Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are subject to approval and fees prior to arrival.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy may be up to 8 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to reduce the noise. This will help avoid any violations of FB police regulations that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your comfort and that of our community, so please let us know if there is anything we can do during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
