  • Ocean Potion is a fitting name for this oceanfront 4 bedroom and 3 bath condo. As soon as you enter, the panoramic view will draw you to the deck so you can take it all in. Charleston Oceanfront Villas are located in the heart of Folly so you can park your car and walk to the shops, restaurants and night spots on Center St. There are two refreshing community swimming pools, and the beach is just steps from your door.

    This condo is currently being refreshed with new furnishings and updates throughout. The completion is scheduled for late winter so please stay tuned for new photos.

We love the location of these condos. We have stayed in 3 different units over the past few years. You can’t beat the view, access to the beach and pools, convenience to town, and covered parking! This particular unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. There are no frills, and could use some upgrades, which I think the property listing states will occur toward the end of this year. The bathrooms/showers in particular could afford to be a priority. There are as some sand I had to clean out of the dryer, but other than that, the unit was pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay!
