Thirty-One West Ninth

Welcome to Thirty-One West! This new house boasts beautiful marsh and river views and is located across the street from the Sunset Cay Marina. While conveniently tucked away on a less-traveled side street, the beach is just a block to the east of the house while Folly Beach County Park is just a quick drive west. Enjoy sightseeing downtown Charleston- a scenic 10 minute drive back the way you came.

Although W 9th St is one of the quieter streets on Folly, the action of Center Street & downtown Folly is 9 blocks away. Golf cart and bicycle rentals are available – and they can be delivered to your front door!

The house itself is designed with the vacationer in mind: a front porch with incredible views of the sunset over the Folly River and a side deck overlooking the marsh, ideal for morning coffee, a quiet drink, or reading a book. A spacious, open-plan allows everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded or uncomfortable. The three bedrooms are designed to provide privacy. Also included are three full bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, large flat-screen TVs in the great room and the bedrooms, and plenty of books to read when it’s quiet.

We have high-speed internet with wifi, for evening streaming entertainment or catching up on work if you absolutely have to.

Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two double beds and easy access to the third bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a flat cooktop, and a dishwasher. We’ve provided a Keurig coffeemaker, mixer, blender, plus much more!

We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels as well as enough soaps and paper products to get you started on your stay.

There’s a gas grill on the concrete slab underneath the side stairs. Also under the house is ample parking and a shower to rinse off after returning from a day at the beach.

In short, this is a perfect vacation house, whether you want a quiet get-away, lots of sightseeing and excitement, or a working vacation. Thank you so much for browsing :)
