Newly renovated! This classic modern ranch style home is perfect for a couples getaway or family beach vacation. Whether you're grilling on the deck, having coffee on the screened in porch, or rinsing off sand under the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach,1018 East Cooper has something for everyone to enjoy.

As you enter the home, you are brought into the spacious open floor plan of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. This bright and airy living space makes it easy for everyone to be together to enjoy conversation and entertainment. The living area features a new flat screen television. The kitchen is fully stocked and features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. Want to grill up some delicious barbeque? Cook dinner using the charcoal grill on the full length back deck. Access is just off of the kitchen and through the laundry room. Dine in around the dining room table with added seating at the kitchen counter.

Down the hall you'll find the perfect setup for 6 guests. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and an on suite with a modern stand up shower. The King bed is located in bedroom #2, while a Full bed sits in bedroom #3. The shared bathroom in the hallway is complete with a bathtub/shower combo.

Enjoy the breeze on the screened-in porch while sitting in a rocking chair with an iced tea or a good book. Head to the beach and get your toes in the sand using the East 10th St. block public beach access, just a 4 minute walk away. Parking for 3 vehicles provided in the front driveway. Pay to park public beach accesses nearby, or park near the beach access on the side streets for free and must follow City of Folly Beach parking rules.

This house has all of the modern conveniences – free WIFI internet, cable, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all of the amenities to ensure you have a great vacation. 1018 East Cooper is a non-smoking and pet free property. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No parties or events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.

Beach renourishment is expected to begin in March 2024. During this time, areas of the beach may be temporarily closed and/or impacted. Public beach accesses can be found at nearly every block and/or half block up and down the island. We are not responsible for any beach disruptions caused by the renourishment. Please contact us or the City of Folly Beach if you would like more information.

Folly Beach on the way to Clemson
This property was in a great location walking distance to the beach - minutes away. The home is nicely renovated inside. Beds were comfortable and towels provided were generous. Only 1 shower at a time is possible due to water pressure. Kitchen had the essentials and the coffee pot was appreciated but nice to have the Keurig option as well. We rented bikes which was nice. Easy boat rental and trip to Charleston with a short ride.

Was very impressed by this rental. The beds were comfortable with fresh linens and towels. Close to the beach, close enough to the restaurants. My only complaint, no house numbers. We arrived later than initially planned and the house isn’t clearly marked. Other than that, perfect location. Perfect!

We had a great time and enjoyed the location of the property relative to the beach. Quick bike ride to the town. We like to cook so not the biggest kitchen nor totally equipped for that but overall was clean and enjoyed the front screened in porch.

Family getaway
This was the perfect getaway for my mom, sister, cousin and myself. Rooms were perfect, location was perfect even for a couple ladies who have trouble walking and stairs. Loved the entire thing.
