No warm bath water this morning. Not sound proof rooms- could hear a lot of traffic and could hear the people in the room above us walking and moving around.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was incredible and to coffee amazing! The location is central to a lot of great things in the HRM.

"Very friendly welcoming staff. Room was clean. The lounge had good food and service. The location was central and easy to get to with lots of free parking. The hotel looks a little weathered, but was good overall. I would stay here again."

"Air conditioning worked well We find duvet/quilt too hot so 2 blankets are better with the lowest temperature set. Shower bathtub with non slip mat is good.. Needs grap handles. Parking area needs repairs"
