Delicious breakfast.

They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's a great hotel de relax, the beach a close and amazing, the pool area calm and clean. The saff was just amazing I couldn't thank them enough for the stay they provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious also. I greatly recommended this hotel.

Lovely staff and very clean room for a short stay on Stromboli. Comfy bed, good view of the volcano and really central for the port and restaurants. Breakfast was average.

We were really disappointed with our stay at UNA Capotaormina. While the hotel has an undeniably beautiful location and the views over the sea are stunning, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The rooms are extremely outdated and did not feel worth the premium price. The bathrooms, in particular, felt old and were not as clean as they should have been. For the rates this hotel charges, we expected a much higher standard of comfort and maintenance. One especially frustrating issue was that our friend, who was traveling with a baby, was assigned a room without a bathtub, making it unnecessarily difficult to bathe an infant. It seemed like something that should have been taken into consideration when assigning rooms. What made the experience even more frustrating was how difficult it was to get any issues addressed. We raised our concerns multiple times, but staff repeatedly told us they needed to “check availability” and said they would follow up. Unfortunately, no one ever did. We were left waiting without updates, and it felt like our concerns were simply brushed aside. Overall, the hotel feels significantly overpriced for what it offers. The breathtaking views are the property’s biggest asset, but they weren’t enough to make up for the dated accommodations, cleanliness issues, and disappointing customer service. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
