"Belle appartement, très propre, bonne literie(important). Petits sujets: - manque de matériel de toute première nécessité (Casserole, torchon, bouilloire) . Source d'amélioration - Accueil compliqué car hôtel difficile à trouver par manque de signalétique particulière et personnel pas trop formé à l'accueil Hôtelier(Facturation, paiement sur place,...). "The apartment is helpfully located near Tours city centre and is about a 25-minute walk from the station. It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. Finally, be warned that there are no fans (let alone air conditioning) in the apartment, so it is stiflingly hot in the heat. I appreciate this is not the host's fault,...

"I loved my stay here, it was exactly what I needed. The space was cozy and the garden was absolutely wonderful to spend time in. My hosts were communicative and so, so nice! My only note is that I was very excited about the rope hammock featured in the photos, but unfortunately it was no longer there when I arrived. But otherwise, great spot to enjoy Tours from, and all of France, or to get away and have some time to yourself. If coming in summer, be prepared for bugs and heat! "

"Excellent location in the old town part of Tours. Overnight parking is available less than 5 minutes away for €12,3 a day. Lots of restaurants, bars, and other retail just a blocks away. The unit itself is very basic so you a paying for the location. The washer and dryer were very handy (though we did need to buy our own detergent). We enjoyed our stay. Note- the unit is on the second floor, requiring navigating two stories of very narrow stairs. We did not trust ourselves to bring down all of...

"Quirky building hidden amongst others. Beautiful old staircase and lovely open air terrace, which was wonderful to sit in the sun with a beer. Nice clean room. Downside was having to use WhatsApp as a key to get into the building and the room. Clever but as traveling we didn't have WiFi or mobile data and so was forced to use our mobiles abroad and at a cost. Would have preferred a key. The breakfast included was extremely poor, some stale bread and butter and a couple of burnt croissants. Find...

Campanile Tours Nord - Forum Melies

10/10 Excellent

"Great value for money, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is a great, easy to visit the city centre but quiet and safe at night. The beds were really comfy and the breakfast was great too. I would also recommend the restaurant next door. Would stay again."

Mister Bed Chambray lès Tours

8/10 Good

"It was a convenient and cheap stop in our road trip. It is in a convenient location near the highway and has a few restaurants options at walking distance. We enjoyed our stay overall but it could have been better with a few improvements. The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest, the shower was very small, and the breakfast buffet was missing savoury options."

Kyriad Tours Sud - Ballan Miré

10/10 Excellent

"Very friendly staff and a warm welcome for us and our bikes on arrival and we appreciated the option of having dinner on site as it was pouring rain. The dinner was excellent and tasty even though not cooked on the premises. We appreciated the use of the kettle downstairs in the lobby but would have like one in the room. We had a problem during our stay and the staff member Tom went above and beyond to help us - he was polite, understanding and everything you could wish for. Great shower and rooms."
