"My stay at Comtes d'Urgell was an absolute highlight of my trip to Andorra la Vella. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was impressed by the warm, professional welcome from the front desk team. The hospitality here is truly exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.The hotel itself is impeccably maintained. My room was remarkably clean, spacious, and provided a peaceful sanctuary after a day of sightseeing. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail—the linens were crisp, the bathroom was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt fresh and inviting. It is clear that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work.The location is also unbeatable. Being right in the heart of Andorra la Vella allowed me to easily explore the vibrant local shops, cafes, and stunning architecture of the city. There is something so magical about being surrounded by the Pyrenees, and having such a reliable and comfortable home base made the experience even better.I cannot recommend Comtes d'Urgell enough to anyone visiting the area. Between the top-tier service, the pristine rooms, and the perfect location, it exceeded all my expectations. "Andorra's national language is Catalan, I understand that. I made the mistake of wishing the receptionist at the hotel 'good day' in Spanish when I arrived. He did not reply at all - not even in English - and stared at me. I don't believe this is the correct response. I would have thought that replying in English would have been a more appropriate reply to my aberration rather than silence, especially from a hotel receptionist. It reminded me of when I wished a shopkeeper 'good day' in the Basque country - an awkward silence. "

"The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian shopping street of the city. Has available pay parking nearby. "

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."

"Overall, enjoyed our stay at hotel. Room had nice mountain view and was clean with comfortable bed. A bit awkward room configuration & a bit cramped for 3 day stay. Good location for walking with access to shops & restaurants. Onsite restaurant not accessible without reservation over holidays - would’ve been great to know that when booking. "
