Arrived here as a stop over on a longer journey and was pleasantly surprised with the county club feel to the hotel. It was lovely surroundings and the room was clean and comfortable. There is a bar and snack bar but no restaurant which was disappointing as we were told we’d have to drive into the next town to find food for the evening. Breakfast was a nice selection.

Excellent touring stopover.

Nice hotel and excellent value. Stayed one night while touring the Pyrenees by motorbikes. The guy on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. Very safe Golf Area and the hotel was happy for us to park opposite reception. Very good breakfast for 12 euro. Also has pool and gym but we didn’t use them. Would stay again

Very nice area. The restaurant could use a few more selections, because there aren't a lot of nearby restaurants (like four miles into town). Otherwise this was perfect.

A wonderful hotel. Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Next to golf fields and you can walk along a river or cycle between villages. 20 min drive from ski slopes. Negatives: restaurant was basic and the heating did not work well the first night, but was fixed.

Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.

The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment.

Een fantastisch hotel. Zo schoon en mooie kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Er zit geen restaurant bij, maar in de bar kun je snacks bestellen. Snacks is een understatement. Het is er heerlijk en je kunt veel bestellen. Het doet niet onder voor een restaurant.

Confortable , propre, piscine et petit déjeuner super, le village de Alp très charmant, des ballades à pied ou en vélo sont faisables en famille. Je regrette un peu la chaleur dans la chambre ( le thermostat n'était pas allumé ce qui fait qu'on s'est réveillé à 3h du mat en sueur) et l inexperience du personnel au checkout.
