"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

"A beautiful villa, in a beautiful setting. The villa had everything we needed and was immaculate. Fulvio and Maria were the perfect hosts and made sure our holiday was perfect from check-in to departure. Even in late October we were able to use the stunning pool and enjoy the many comfortable outdoor seating areas. We left a piece of our hearts at this stunning Salento villa and hope to return one day to relive the many happy memories we have."
