Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. Incredible hotel in amazing location with beautiful gardens and courtyard. Lovely breakfast and convenient parking. Rooms a little tired otherwise perfect and would definitely recommend and return.

Our stay was magical. It was like stepping back in time and living in fantasy world. Carcassonne was where Walt Disney got his inspiration for Sleeping Beauty when he stayed at the hotel in the early 1950’s. Great location. Very helpful staff and great breakfast.
