"Property was nice & clean, just need to update restaurants, buffet was the best choice. Definitely need better entertainment. Staff can be more nice cause most are rude. Overall i rate a 6 out of 10. My cleaning lady was the best. "

"My stay here was nice. The room was okay but the bathroom always had a foul smell. There are no elevators so if you don,t get the ground floor you will have to carry your luggage up two or three flights of stairs. They waited until the third day of my stay to give me some house keeping regardless of my request. The don't replenish hair conditioner which is important to know because the pool dries out your hair. some of the staff at the food stations had bad attitudes. The shuttle bus needs to be booked in advance. The entertainment at night was nice."

"Clean room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Friendly staff who recommended lots of sights to see and foods to try. From the US and the rooms do not have “traditional” plugs but they do offer adapters at the front desk. "

"Ocean is visible, but you cannot swim in it. There’s no man-made beach either like the neighbors. "

"We had an excellent stay. Hotel is very close to the Rif fort as well as many activities. We had a car and parking is free and easy to get to. One of our party developed a bad gout episode and the main restaurant was very good at getting the right foods to help him."

"The hotel is OK, but nothing really luxury about it. Even though it's new, stains are already visible on the walls and furniture. Housekeeping starts at 9AM - even the day you are woke up by the fire alarm at 3AM and stay a half hour outside because they can't stop it. Close to restaurants and Willemstad. "

"Excellent location, close to many places (restaurants, Emma Bridge, beach). The rooftop is great. There is restaurant-bar called Cascada, which is a very nice place to have a drink and see the fireworks. Punda vibes was amazing. I would definitely stay in Elements in the near future. Thank you!"
