"From the moment we arrived, the staff and hotel made us feel so welcome. Everyone—from Veronica, Mikel, and Elisa, just to name a few—was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. They were always willing to help, answer any questions, and make sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay special and helped make this a memorable trip that we’ll always look back on fondly. 😁 We would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!"

" Wunderschöner Familienurlaub – eine echte Oase der EntspannungWir haben im August mit unserer Familie – insgesamt 10 Personen von groß bis klein – einen wunderschönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Das Haus war für uns eine echte Oase der Entspannung und der perfekte Ort, um gemeinsam eine erholsame Zeit zu genießen.Bei Temperaturen von bis zu 38 Grad war der Pool natürlich das absolute Highlight und sorgte jederzeit für die nötige Abkühlung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, und auch das Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Besonders für Selbstversorger ist die gut ausgestattete Küche ideal.Wer einmal nicht selbst kochen möchte, findet nur etwa 5 Minuten entfernt eine tolle Pizzeria.Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Orvieto, Perugia oder Assisi. Besonders empfehlen können wir auch das Mittelalterfest in Città della Pieve, das während unseres Aufenthalts stattfand und wirklich sehr sehenswert ist.Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Sie waren jederzeit für uns da und haben uns in jeder Situation unkompliziert weitergeholfen.Wir haben uns als ganze Familie rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub in Umbrien uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Fabulous house and pool. Everywhere was clean and pretty well maintained. One comment tho, for British visitors, there are no large scale coffee and tea making facilities which disconcerted us a bit. Otherwise, great place."

"This villa was like a dream come true! The property and house were beautiful! The pool was gorgeous and got a lot of use from us. The town, Pieve, is the cutest and so close! Communication was fast and effective. We have the breakfasts, welcome dinner and pasta making! Worth every penny. Our group had such a great vacation at this house, one of the best. Thank you for sharing your property with us!"

"Lovely location in a town that is big enough to have anything you need but small enough to interact with the locals. Apartment is large with a cozy feel. Wood burning fireplace left a smokey scent. It is on the top floor so you need to haul your suitcases up three stories of stairs. Streets are tight but manageable. Parking lot 2 minute walk away."
