The room was properly prepared but the coffee/tea machine required cleaning before use.

The hotel staff were nice, the only bar

The room was fine. But the service was very unfriendly, uncooperative, just not what you would expect from a Hilton. We accidentally left a cell phone in the room and staff would not let us retrieve it, just 10 minutes after checking out. We waited almost 45 minutes to get the phone. Staff were generally not helpful. Parking garage is immense with Very poor signage. Many other guests having problems with the parking. And they charge $24 for this. Altogether Disappointing.

Hotel is well kept but there’s no easy access since it resides at the entrance of the George Washington Bridge

Both beds were broken-there was a downward slant in the bed-which made it uncomfortable Th cleaning crew did a poor job-the carpet in our room & the hall were not swept while we were there The breakfast was good and the hotel was in a good location We would not recommend this hotel or stay there again
