The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, and we were given a fan instead of being switched to another room. The hallway was cooler, so it was specific to our room. No change in 3 days, no follow up, they ignored the problem completely. The room was also smaller than others on our stay in Italy. Another negative is that I gave them a few shirts to launder, and they shrank 3 of the 4. The food at the breakfast buffet was above average, and the coffee was very good. The hotel is located well, only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. However, I would not book another stay here myself.

"Do not stay here, music till 3am, the windows, doors and rooms aren’t sound proof at all. The evening staff at reception barely spoke English and wanted to keep our passports, barely got any sleep as you’d hear EVERYTHING on your floor.
