Got upgraded to a larger room in the building next to reception. Staff helped me with suitcases when moving over, and room is clean and spciaous. Free water available downstairs (think they offer free drinks at the main building too). Location very convenient, 5 minute walk from the train station. Also very soundproof - you won't hear any noises from the room.

The hotel was located about a 20–25 minute walk from the city centre, which was quite manageable, and the surrounding area was fine.
The hotel itself felt more like a place for people passing through or staying for a short stop rather than somewhere for a longer stay. The staff were okay, although I found them a little unprofessional at times.
On the positive side, the room was quite spacious and overall the stay was acceptable.
