"Rooms was very clean but dated. Needs to be renovated. Casino areas were nice & plenty of slots to choose from. Machines were really tight. Hard to win anything! Staff was average. I didn’t have any rude encounters but they weren’t overally friendly either. I would probably stay again if in the area & give it one more try."

"No housekeeping until i complain and got day before check out the night before check out I was locked out my room and maintenance had to break the door open to let me in and instead of giving me a better safe working room they left me in the room with the door broke and not able to close it and I have video and photos of the whole thing"

"Food truck not in so not much for breakfast. Not many in hotel. Breakfast was supposed to be 6-9. We got there at 8 and was told breakfast was over. He did make me a waffle . The coffee machine didn’t work he said.A few other people were complaining as well. Later the food truck came and I was able to get some blueberry muffins. Upon arrival they gave us a room. When entered bed sheets all waded up on bed. I advised clerk. He said he’d make the bed. I said I want another room.later I found out the room wasn’t made up because it had maintenance issues. So if we had stayed in that room we would have had other issues. Toilet holder was loose. Paper appeared to be coming off the wall. Could hear people above walking and flushing commode all night. I complained about the room the guy said he would call his manager if we didn’t hear from him by 3 the next clerk would follow up. I went back at 3 to talk to the next girl and she walked away and let him deal with me. He said he would talk to the manager tomorrow at 10 they would both be there. Neither were the next day. The clerk called out. Only the maid was nice."

"The tv wouldn't come one, it took forever for the water to get hot in the bathroom, the toilet is too low (this can't be the only size in all rooms - we are not "little people"), the door really didn't lock, the curtains/drapes were not properly install, stains on the pillow case, Hvac system was noisy, no directional signs listed for the elevated (took forever to get to it because it's deep with the property), staff did not provide check in information such as wifi password, breakfast (no separation of utensils to use for each food item; no napkins, no pepper, no fruit, no water) and check out time."
