"Everspring Suites was a pleasant surprise after avoiding other hotels in town that have let things decline. The bldg. is older, but they have made some updates bringing it ahead of other local stays. Clean is key. The bathrooms were large & clean, bonus fan and lit mirror. Space within the room was provided with a seating area in addition to the beds. Staff was clearly busy, but kind and willing to help with whatever was needed."

"We had a wonderful stay! The host was fantastic to work with and even allowed us to check in early since there were no guests before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The location was ideal for our visit to Bismarck. Despite temperatures exceeding 100F, we were able to walk to several places downtown. When we did drive, everything we wanted to see was just a short and convenient trip away. One of the biggest bonuses was the detached garage. It's a unique amenity that we really appreciated, especially during the hot weather. Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. If we had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the traffic noise from the road the condo is on. Even so, it certainly wasn't a deal breaker, and we would happily stay here again on a future visit."

"My family had a great overnight stay at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with 2 bedrooms and a bath on the main level and 2 beds/bath in the basement. Lots of room to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning tremendously! There was a light smoke smell upon entry that went away pretty quickly — in case people are sensitive. As others have noted, the upstairs bathroom is just a tub — no shower head. We will stay here again if given the chance."
