Staff very friendly and when I told them how dissatisfied I was that we had to book the pool and pay 15 euro a person, they gave it to me for free and a late check out breakfast was included also. Beds were not comfortable at all and no way to adjust temperature in our room, Couldn’t keep the window open as there were no screens in them

"Right on the street, but the room was quiet enough—wonderful views. We came in summer, and the room faced West, so very hot. The curtains were not enough to keep the room protected, and the cleaning staff would open them some, so the room was always superheated. No AC. There was a hot tub and sauna, ..."
