The food in the restaurant was excellent during both dinner and breakfast. The room itself was comfy, warm, but could do with a bit of freshening up. This didn't affect our stay at all. "

"A very cosy house right in the heart of Fort Augustus. The living room was lovely with the fireplace, though we forgot to ask for more firewood and it got a bit cold at night. It was very peaceful—I think we were the only guests! The room is small if you're travelling with luggage, but very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but decent."
