"Hotel was a good starting off point to see London. It was clean other than one of the mugs in the room. Beds were comfortable and quiet. "

Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."

"Wonderful three night stay. Great location, smooth check in process. Luggage storage allowed per request. I was able check in early as long as a room was available for a slight fee but it was well worth it. Breakfast was great, clean room, comfortable bed."
