What a beautiful place to stay. Our room was tasteful decorated and very comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous as is the surrounding area and walks. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was very much enjoyed. We'll be returning.

Had a very enjoyable stay, the room was fantastic we had a suite with a huge bath tub, I am 6’ 3 so struggle to fit most tubs but this one had plenty of room for two! The trip was made even better by the lovely weather so we got full use of the hotel’s fabulous outdoor pool which was lovely so clean and warm too. All in all we had a great stay

Off the beaten track but well worth the drive on narrow roads. So peaceful, beautiful gardens, idyllic position. Very comfortable bed. Amazing food just wish we could have Stayed longer to enjoy the outdoor pool

Outstanding remote hotel

This place is absolutely amazing!! Booked here in December 2023 for a little celebratory winter break with my wife. Upon arrival the customer service was outstanding and we was allocated our room in one of the wings which was comfy, Spacious and charming. The food both for dinner and breakfast was simply fantastic and not overly priced. We can’t wait to return for longer to have a really good explore.

Great property, staff amazing and cant do enough for you. The room was good spacious, but no shower. On the other hand the bath was huge so didnt really have an issue about the shower! The must have been a leak at some point as you could still see the stains on the ceilings. But had an amazing stay and would come back.

I booked a luxury suite with river view but was given another type of room with no view. When I questioned it, I was told that Expedia don’t sent through the room booked. My friend had a much nicer room and paid a third less.
