"Sandals is a beautiful resort and we enjoyed our stay. Food and drinks were good for the most part. Cons for me were the bed was hard, and pillows were overly worn. Two pillows didn't even feel like one. The other thing is they lacked entertainment and being that the resort is really far out from the rest. You can easily get bored. The 3rd party tours be careful they don't like to pick up at the resort which forces you to pay with resort which is more expensive. Overall we had a nice relaxed time at Sandals. But for the price point we wouldn't come back to this Sandals. We would consider others that offer similar experiences for less."

"What a fantastic property and relaxing stay! Everything was perfectly clean and tidy upon arrival, and communication with the property manager Michael was fantastic - he was responsive and supremely helpful. The view is gorgeous and the proximity to the beach is great. The air conditioning was expensive, but this was expected (we like it cool). We would definitely stay here again."

"This home was perfect for our family! We felt like we all had privacy and the outside features of the home are even more beautiful in person! We loved the pool! It was wonderful to soak in after a day of exploring the beautiful beaches! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, coffee, etc. Appliances were nice! The porch by the water was a great spot for morning coffee! We thought the location was centrally located. Fresh market is just about to open and was just around the corner!"

"Wir waren mit sechs Personen in der Villa und haben alle vier Schlafzimmer genutzt. Unser Gesamteindruck war hervorragend – für uns eine klare 10/10.Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig im Villenviertel von Jan Thiel. Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist für Jan Thiel nicht zwingend nötig, für Ausflüge auf Curaçao aber sinnvoll. Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern, war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Betten, Bäder und Klimaanlagen waren top.Der Kunstrasen rund um den Pool wirkte zunächst ungewohnt, erwies sich aber als praktisch, angenehm und rutschfest. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich eine klassische Kaffeemaschine hat uns gefehlt, da Nespresso für sechs Personen schnell teuer wird.Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwalter war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig.Zwei Punkte sollten in der Anzeige transparenter sein: Zum einen wirken die Beschreibungen teilweise so, als gäbe es in allen Schlafzimmern Fernseher – das ist nicht der Fall. Zum anderen wurde das Stromkontingent erst bei Ankunft erklärt. Grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar, aber aus unserer Sicht sollte dies vor der Buchung klar kommuniziert werden, da das inkludierte Kontingent eher knapp ist.Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Mit etwas mehr Transparenz wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen."

"Mandy was excellent! Any questions I had, she responded right away via Whats app to help me with an answer. The Villa was exactly as advertised with stunning ocean views from the rooftop. Bedrooms are very comfortable for all to rest before the next adventurous day in beautiful Curacao! Highly recommend Villa Laman!!"

"Hosted a bachelorette trip here and everything was amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. The elevator was very convenient for our luggage and all of our party vendors. The place was very well stocked with everything we needed like beautiful glassware, international plug adapters hdmi setup that allow you to connect your laptop to the tv (perfect for bachelorette games), and even a hand air pump for inflatables and ballons. No notes!I will say for anyone planning a decorated event, you will definitely need to account for the wind/breeze.We were prepared in advance for the late night noise from the lookout parties, but it may not be for everyone. It is not just a weekend thing, it was loud even on a Wednesday night (early Thursday really). Also, not particular to this property and more the island in general, the insects are aggressive! It was impossible to eat inside with the door open without being attacked by angry flies. And we did have a cockroach encounter in the downstairs bedroom wooden bathroom cabinets (do not use those cabinets). I understand from discussion with locals that those issues are pretty hard to avoid."

"Located on a quiet cove, it’s a perfect space to relax. Well stocked kitchen and 2 baths and a shower to rinse your gear. Lovely place to spend the day lounging. Host is super responsive and helpful. Property is not located within walking distance of restaurants or shopping but was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again."
