"Parking was safe, the room and bathroom were clean. The two things: (1) coffee maker was broken I was going to make coffee but the machine won’t come on. (2) there was no Iron but the iron board was hanging on the wall. I didn’t have time for breakfast."

"There are (at least) two wonderful aspects of Thunderbird Lodge. In no particular order, the first relates to the location of Thunderbird, inside Canyon de Chelly. The second is the friendly, welcoming, generous staff of people at the hotel who reflect the spirit of ancestors who lived in this inspiring location! "

"This place was great...everything was perfect! The room was clean, beds were comfy & linens were fresh & soft. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great, & these guys had diagonally sliced kielbasa-style sausages instead of the usual links or patties. . .yummy! Parking was fine & safe, but small lot. Thanks to All here for making the first day of our vaca even better! "

"It was adequate, no more! The hotel show signs of aging, unlike the other Holiday Inn I stayed at before! The water for showers sink and toilet bowl was not clear (murky) that didn’t give a lot of confidence! Other than that the property was well maintained and rather nice!"
